Dreyer Custom Homes is owned and operated by Wayne Dreyer of SeaGirt NJ. Our specialty is "new home construction management" which allows the consumer to save money by receiving professional management and construction of your new home , while receiving builder pricing on most materials. This method can be fully explained in detail at your first free consultation. We also construct new homes in the "traditional general contracting" method which most people have always been familiar with, the choice is yours. We are able to take your project from the demolition stage of the existing home or vacant lot all the way to the finished product. We support all local businesses and vendors as well as cooperate with all architects. In addition to new home construction, we do full renovations, kitchens, baths, exteriors, finished basements, wine cellars, roofs, windows, doors, decks, pergolas, porches, cabanas and garages. One of our best assets is that all jobs are managed daily by the owner to insure quality, organization, and most of all that the work is completed by the promised date if not sooner.
